Christmas Cuties

Another borrowed stamp from my friend Leana, so cute!!! At the craft expo I bought some glittery pens by Sukura called Gelly Roll's and at first I thought I made a mistake and didn't need them, but with sparkly Christmas time, I find I love them!!! So all these cards have some glittery bling on them! I also love the card stock colour, Cherry Cobler, it gorgeous deep red perfect for Christmas!

I think I need to buy a stamp just like this! But you don't need any more I hear you say......

Had a fab time...

......at the Quilting and Craft Expo last weekend! They had super bargains this year and I spent all my pocket money and then some!

I got this cute little set, even though I told my friend not to let me buy any more stamps!!! Could you resist this cute pic?

I don't know where all my time goes, I haven't sat down to make any cards at all, I will today!!!!

What I've been up to!

Making more cards of course! Apart from the 10 million other things on my to do list!

But Christmas is coming and I need to get my cards ready, but I can't help but play around with my sets so sometimes I can sit all day and just do one card! Then I usually decide it's not good enough and start on a different one!

This is card uses a set called 'Snow Swirled' which I've had for ages and even though I have some new Christmas stamps I can't resist this gorgeous tree!

For my birthday my wonderful husband got me a few extra things.....Including this 'Stitched Stocking' set which has a matching punch, so no cutting out! Yay! These are a couple of note cards I made, measuring 5x7 cm, so they fit the scalloped envelope perfectly, they are so cute! 

Have you ever made something you like so much you don't want to give it away? Well I'm feeling a little possessive about this one. The girl, "Miss Anya", stamp is from Greeting Farm stamps, they are really cute. I coloured her with Copic markers, the best markers ever...and maybe the most expensive, but worth it, doesn't she look good? I distressed the edges of the paper with a fine sanding block made just for this purpose, so you can see the white of the paper coming through, an effect I quite like!

Starting to think Christmas-y thoughts!!

When I saw Christmas decorations in the shop I couldn't believe it was that time of year again!!! It always creeps up so quick and I'm the girl at Chermside late at night 2 days before Christmas!!!

Maybe I will be a bit better this year........

I say that every year!

Well I started thinking about cards, so here is number 1! I made a little ornament too, just stamp, punch and stick! Looking forward to getting the New Stocking Set, just in time for more Christmas card making!

I really like this stamp, Young Vermillion, thanks Leana for lending it to me, I think I might have to buy it now!!! I coloured it with my copics, they are brilliant!

I also love the Brights colour collection, they are so versatile, great for party cards but you can also make a stylish card too. Do you like my cards?????

Nothing is better than a new toy for making cards!

This is my Big Shot which cuts and embosses paper and card,

here are the things I've got so far...

I love the butterflies, one is so teeny tiny! It's so easy to make those shapes! I have two embossing folders, the dots and flowers. I also have a tag set, swirls and a little envelope one too. I can't wait to get more embossing folders and die cuts!!!!!
